Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing a membership on House Of Reselling ("HOR", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HOR offers subscription-based memberships that grant access to digital content including courses, supplier contacts, and community resources. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel at any time through your account portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Please review our Refund Policy for full details. Digital membership access is generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

All content on HOR — including courses, guides, supplier data, and branding — is owned by House Of Reselling or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Share membership access or credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or resell any HOR content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

HOR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information about suppliers or reselling opportunities will result in profit. Reselling involves risk and past results do not guarantee future performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOR's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
