Refund Policy
Effective: January 1, 2025
Overview
House Of Reselling offers digital membership subscriptions. Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis as described below.
Subscription Memberships
Monthly plans: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.
Annual plans: Cancellations within 7 days of the annual renewal date may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused months, minus any promotional discounts applied. Contact us within the 7-day window to request a review.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion if:
- A technical issue prevented access to paid content for more than 48 hours
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
- Applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires it
Vendor / Shop Purchases
One-time purchases of vendor supplier packs are non-refundable once the vendor details have been delivered to your email. If you did not receive the email, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@houseofreselling.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address on your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
